Police service launches early in North Bay

North Bay police have launched a new police unit, expected for January. The new four-person community response unit was rolled out in conjunction with Crime Prevention Week. The new police unit which builds on the success of the bike patrol has two officers right now and will become fully staffed with four officers in the new year.
