2nd case of COVID-19 at Algonquin Road Public School

A second confirmed case of COVID-19 at Algonquin Road Public School. It’s tied to the preschool room at the daycare. A letter was posted to the Rainbow District School Board’s website today. The second confirmed case is among the cohort that is currently self-isolating due to the first confirmed case at the daycare on Tuesday. An outbreak has now been declared at the daycare.
