Greater Sudbury Police looking for fake cruiser and driver

Greater Sudbury Police are looking for the driver of a White Dodge Charger equipped with red and blue lights, after its driver posed as police officer, conducting a traffic stop. It happened on The Kingsway Monday morning. The individual was wearing a black face mask, a black toque and a radio attached to a black vest. The man then asked the woman if where she was going was essential in nature and instructed her to go home. Police remind the public that, despite the stay-at-home order, police don’t have the power to stop someone to find out where they are going.
