Province is looking into a “Northern Ontario Bubble” – Bigger

The Province of Ontario is investigating what it would take to create a Northern Ontario Bubble, through highway check points. That is following a conversation between Sudbury Mayor Brian Bigger and Ontario Premier Doug Ford this week. During the call, the premier reiterated the dangers surround the danger of new variants and their ability to travel. The Premier Ford says he will speak to the Solicitor General to explore what options there may be when it comes to implementing road checks on Highway 69 toward Greater Sudbury.
