Driver charged with striking hydro pole

Sudbury Police have charged a driver, after a single-vehicle accident that took down a hydro pole. It happened at around midnight on Sunday. The white SUV left the eastbound lanes of the Kingsway near its intersection with Lloyd and Brady Streets and crashed into a pole. There were two occupants in the vehicle but neither was injured.
