Speed limit being decreased by 40km/hr

The speed limit in South River will be dropping. This is following a decision by town council following speeding complaints on some municipal streets. South River is residential in nature and most of the roads are in suburban subdivisions where the speed limit is already at 40 km/h. The shift is expected at the end of the Summer.
