Powassan Council to discuss Legion building tonight

Powassan town council is on town council tonight, and on the block is the future of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 453 building. The discussion was triggered when it was made mentioned that costs to the municipality and taxpayers to own, maintain and operate the building are excessive. The municipality owns the building just as it owns the Lions Club building.
