HSN will require proof of a COVID-19 vaccine for visitors, come December 6th

Visitors to Sudbury’s HSN will need to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination by Dec. 6th. That, along with a piece of government-issued photo ID will be expected unless visitors have an approved medical exemption. The hospital said it would also make exceptions for compassionate reasons, such as parents visiting a patient under the age of 18 and designated care partners in certain circumstances.
