Sudbury’s 2022 budget nears completion

Greater Sudbury city council meets tonight, and will little on the agenda, its expected tonight’s finance and administration committee meeting will bring an end to City of Greater Sudbury 2022 budget talks. As it stands now, the tax levy increase is at 3.4 percent. At the last meeting, the city council needed to cut just over 1.3 million ($1,332,543) from the budget to achieve three percent.
