Chi-Cheemaun ready for another season… ice dependent

Over the Island, the Chi-Cheemaun’s first official sail of the 2018 season is scheduled for this week. However, the Owen Sound Transportation Company is keeping a close eye on some ice still floating in Lake Huron. They say that the Environment Canada ice chart shows ice still fastened to the parts of the shoreline… and they are keeping a steady eye to ensure the safety for all involved.
