Appeals have yet to be heard regarding the Kingsway Entertainment District

There is no word as to if or when the appeals against the Kingsway Entertainment District will be heard in Greater Sudbury. Four appeals were filed in May, slated to be heard by the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal, opposing various facets of the entertainment district. For the parking lot rezoning, three appeals have come in, one of which from the Sudbury Business Improvement Area.
