SIU takes over investigation regarding death of 63-year-old

The province’s SIU says they’ve now taken over the Investigation regarding the death of a 63-year-old man in the Garson area. It was at around 6:15 p.m. on September 12th when they responded to a domestic situation at a home on Sunny Street. A woman in her 50’s was taken to hospital and the 63-year-old, identified a person of interest. When tactical officers with other officers entered the residence and located the man, deceased. Anyone with information should contact the SIU.
