Cooling stations few and far-between in North Bay

It’s going to be a warm week all across the North East. That said, residents seeking will be getting fewer options to find cooler aid. While the mall is open on reduced hours and services, the normal cooling stations which include the YMCA, arenas and library all remain closed.
