Sault Ste. Marie building permits on the rise

Sault Ste. Marie construction permit statistics are on the rise, despite not having a banner year. The city’s Chief Building Office says 95 unissued applications from all classes, in various stages of being processed. The city is now waiting for the needed information to ensure the contracts can be completed and issued… as the city looks to build on a positive swing.
