19 year old driver turns himself into Police following collision

A 19-year-old driver allegedly involved in a collision with a bicycle Friday morning has turned himself into police. The incident occurred at 8:15 a.m. at Front and Nipissing streets in Sturgeon Falls. While he has been charged, he maintains he had no knowledge that he’s made contact with the cyclist.
