Ontario extends Emergency orders, registers 821 new cases of COVID

Ontario’s State of Emergency has been extended until November 21st. This marks the third time that the government has extended most but not all emergency orders under the Reopening Ontario Act. Ontario announced 821 new cases of COVID-19 today.
