The COVID-19 virus is now impacting three more Rainbow district schools. A staff member infected by the virus has forced the Rainbow District School Board to take action at Espanola High School, Jean Hanson Public School and Lockerby Composite School. While all three schools remain open for in-person learning, certain classes have been asked to self-isolate, including:
– the Intensive Support Program Class at Espanola High School (until March 2);
– the Room 12 Class at Jean Hanson Public School (until March 3); and
– the Intensive Support Program Class at Lockerby Composite School (until March 3).
Public Health Sudbury and Districts reported 5-new cases of COVID-19 today.
