Construction responsible for loud “boom” in Timmins

Those who felt a rumble in Timmins this morning needn’t worry. The shaking and loud boom? All due to construction. It happened at around 8:45 am. The construction is being completed down Pine Street South near the Deloro Landfill. It is not a city construction project.
