City Council will delare council seat vacant at next meeting

City council vacancy is expected to be declared in North Bay next week. This is after the resignation of Councillor Marcus Tignanelli. After they formally declare the seat vacant on Tuesday, they will then decide between appointing someone to the position or hold a by-election.
