Timmins Police lay charges in disturbance

The Timmins Police Service has laid charges following a noon-hour disturbance that occurred on Sept. 28th. It happened at an Algonquin Boulevard East restaurant. The male in question was allegedly in front of the restaurant repeatedly accosting patrons. At one point, the man was asked to leave by the restaurant owner. Following an altercation, responding officers were able to identify, locate, and arrest the suspect a short distance from the restaurant.
