Boil water advisory in Elliot Lake – Horne Walk/Charles Walk

A boil water advisory is being issued in Elliot Lake. It’s for the lower downtown core, in the Horne Walk / Charles Walk area. The city says whenever any kind of repair or construction on the water supply system is planned or an emergency, there is a risk of soil or other contaminants entering the water supply. The risk is said to be low.
