Multi-vehicle accident in construction zone

Timmins Police have put out a word of caution to the public, after a multi-vehicle. It happened on Highway 101 E. when the three vehicles, travelling eastbound entered the construction zone. The first vehicle the reportedly decelerated, causing the second vehicle to brake… causing an impact from the third, sending both vehicles into the first. Charges were laid and one driver was taken to the Timmins & District Hospital with non- life-threatening injuries.
Police have reminded driver to slow down, and driver with care, especially in construction zones.
