Black Fox Mining SOLD to company with Timmins ties

Primero Mining Cooperation just east of Timmins has agreed to sell off the Black Fox mining complex. The mine located near Matheson has been sold for $35 million. It has been told to McEwen Mining Inc. a Toronto-based mining company with gold and silver projects in Timmins, Argentina and Mexico. The sale is expected to finalize by next week.
