Water rates going up… again?

Shut the taps off between brushing your teeth and washing your face. The cost of water in Greater Sudbury could be going up, next year. City council is considering a 7.4 per cent water rate hike for 2018. If approved, it would be the third increase of 7.4 per cent in a row.
