Bids continue to come for the Kingsway Entertainment District

Sudbury city council says they’re moving ahead with preparations for the Kingsway Entertainment District despite attempt by opponents to block it. This week, Councillors heard that the lowest bid received for a site excavation contract came in at $8.49 million. The cost of the work will be shared by the city, Gateway Casinos and the property owner.
