Quick thinking neighbor puts out fire in apartment hallway

A fire at inside an apartment hallway was quickly extinguished thanks to a quick-thinking Tennent. It happened in South Porcupine. Constable Marc Depatie explains how it began.

He does however that a 49-year-old is facing charges. The Police were on hand to ensure that none of the occupants of the building were in harm’s way.
