Wanted: Elliot Sullivan (CAUGHT IN TIMMINS)

The Ontario Provincial Police Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad has issued a Canada-wide warrant for the arrest of federal offender known to frequent Sudbury and Timmins; Elliott Sullivan is described as 5-foot-6, 125 lbs. He has a slim build, hazel eyes, short brown hair, and he has several tattoos including a spider on his left hand, a cross on his left forearm, and barbed wire on his right wrist.
