Buried in snow removal budget

A report this week says that the city of Greater Sudbury is in the red, by $2.3 million due to higher than expected snow plowing throughout the winter. In addition, transit/fleet operations came in $1.36 million over budget. Those overages are partially being offset by better-than-expected results in other departments.
