More housing could soon be going up in Lively. This is thanks to one group who wants to build a four-plex on Sixth Avenue. The planning committee gave their thumbs up on yesterday. The properties surrounding the land comprise a school and church. The city stands to benefit from the development of the 7,100 square foot property.
