Timmins Budget in place with 1.93 levy increase

The 2018 expenditure budget for the City of Timmins is in place. It all takes the form of a 1.93 per cent increase to the overall expenditure budget. This is the first time since Mayor Steve Black took office that this part of the budget has been approved before the new year.
