More affordable housing is now available. The city of North Bay says this is thanks to a new development on Marshall Park Drive. The specs indicate that the building features a total of 56 units, including 42 earmarked as affordable housing. The total cost of the project – Marshall Park Living – is pegged at between $9 and 10 million, including more than $3.1 million provided by the two senior levels of governments.
