Meanwhile, a reminder is being given to check the lint trap. Sault Ste. Marie fire crews responded to a call of a dryer fire in the 100 block of McQueen Road. Deputy Chief Paul Milosevich says it began at around the supper hour. Following an investigation, it was discovered that the lint trap and the piping were clogged up. There were no working smoke alarms in the residence at the time of the incident.
