Mining education is slated to dig deeper. Laurentian University and Hard-Line Mining Automation and Mining Remote Controls has announced a new partnership where Hard-Line will invest $250,000 over five years in the Mechatronics program of the Bharti School of Engineering. The benefits will include lab renovations and upgrades, new computer work stations and multimedia equipment for interactive teaching.
