Fire on Haig street displaces, injures one

Greater Fire Services were called to a Haig Street fire yesterday. They got the call at around 8:15 p.m. Two fire stations, four vehicles and 13 firefighters responded to the fire in a two-storey, multi-residential building. One person was displaced and injured, but fire services did not say how serious the injuries are. While they have not listed the cause of the blaze, they do remind residence to use caution while using matches and lighters.
