Sudbury OPP have arrested a 52-year-old Manitoba driver following a traffic stop. The tractor trailer unit was reportedly already disabled in a live lane of traffic on Highway 69 in the City. Following an investigation, it was determined that the driver’s Ontario licence was suspended. The truck has since been removed from the roadway.
