Another “grass-roots” festival coming to North Bay

A “grassroots” festival is coming to North Bay. Following the news that the ill-fated Summer of the Park will not be happening this summer a number of activities are being planned. The current idea is that it will follow on the heels of Armed Forces Day in the downtown area and the North Bay waterfront and will be locally focused.
