Personal Support Workers needed in Sudbury

A round table on a Personal Support Worker shortage was on this week in Sudbury. While the issue is Province-wide, the discussion focused mainly on the shortage of PSWs in long-term care in the province and the city. While it’s not clear as to why some suggest the shortage could be linked to heavy workloads and the lower pay, just higher than minimum wage.
