Snow depth and water content is close to normal in North Bay and Mattawa. That is according to the North Bay-Mattawa Conservation Authority who say as per usual, measures for snow depth and water content has been done as part of its Flood Forecasting and Warning Program. Kurtis Romanchuk is the Water Resources Engineer and explains.
Snow is measured for depth and water equivalence at three locations in the watershed. Data for the season can be found on our website.
