Sudbury and Espanola OPP are reaching out to the public, following a mischief complaint from the Ministry of Transportation. The MTO says that the same phrasing put on Sudbury’s Water Tower earlier this year, has now been painted 25 times on the Hwy, 11 rock faces, 3 times on safety devices, and 1 on a concrete barrier.
