Housing unit management will change hands

Housing is changing hands. The City of Sudbury says this week, they’re taking over the operation and administration of a number of just over 1,800 social housing units, previously operated by the Greater Sudbury Housing Corporation. They say that funding from the province has decreased over time forcing the change of hands.  The GSHC will continue to act as a holding company, but the city will now be in charge of service delivery.
