Building Value on the Rise

Building value in North Bay continue to be on the rise. For a three-month period ending March 31, construction values reportedly surpassed last year’s numbers by 20 percent over the same time period. The total building values for 2016 were $77.9 million and, in 2015, the building values were $68.8 million.
