Pilot project could see extension

A Pilot Project, thought to save lives could continue forward… providing it get thumbs up the city of Greater Sudbury’s operations committee. More discussion is scheduled regarding the initiative known as the “leading pedestrian interval policy,” giving pedestrians more time between Notre Dame Avenue and Kathleen Street to cross when the “walk” light appears.
