Thefts up in Sault Ste. Marie

The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service say that an boost in calls for service regarding thefts from vehicles has them looking for information from the public. They say that thefts have been reported in all areas of the community with higher concentration in the East End of town and the McNabb and Pim Street area. In a number of cases, vehicle windows have been broken to gain access to items inside. Anyone with information is asked to contact Police.
