Three-week trial following fatal collision

A three-week trial is now set for a 23-year-old Greater Sudbury man facing numerous charges in a fatal motor vehicle collision. It all happened south of Capreol when the individual arrested for impaired driving, allegedly crossed the center line colliding with an oncoming vehicle. A man in his 20’s was killed while a second man in his 40’s was taken was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries
