Kenroc/Uniroc property sold to contactor

North Bay city council has given unanimous support to the final sale of the former Kenroc/Uniroc property on Memorial Drive. The buy will develop at least 21 condo units and has plans for up to three times that number. The conditional $25,000 sale in 2018 to the Sudbury-based buyer was originally expected to be completed in 2019 but extended to 2020 by request.
