A company providing project management restoration for the Golden Manor in Timmins has been awarded a new contract. The single-source contract for nearly $511k ($510,940) is for the Manor redevelopment’s construction phase. The city first hired the company in January 2021 to provide the project management services for the schematic and detailed design phases, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment procurement.
